We do not accept returns or issue refunds. If you receive a damaged, broken, or lost item, you must provide an unboxing video to file a claim.
- The video should begin with showing the outer packaging.
- It must be unedited and uncut.
- Please note that minor color variations are not considered a valid reason for return or refund.
If you do not submit the required unboxing video, we will not be able to process your claim.
